Universal extruder NANO for 3D printers. Available in versions for 1.75 mm and 3 mm filaments. First extruder with motor and worm gear. Lightweight, yet with high power (output torque of 1.6 Nm). With accurate filament guiding, prints made on a 3D printer equipped with the NANO extruder are very accurate. With compact dimensions, it is possible to place several extruders on the 3D printer carriage, which opens the way to the printing using several filaments.
The design uses a NEMA 8 motor and a worm gear, which allows for a significant reduction in the weight of the extruder (300 g). It is equipped with a lever pressing on the filament with a lock in the "open" position, greatly facilitating filament replacement. Adjustment of the clamping force of the filament to the knurl is implemented using a convenient knob.
NANO extruder has a second knob, which allows to manually shift the filament when changing the material during printing.
NANO features J-Heat head mounting. It is also available bundled with E3D V6 head, which in the appropriate configuration (PT100 sensor) can print using filaments demanding extrusion up to 400 °C.
The noise filter eliminates uncontrolled movement of the 3D printer's head, interference with the LCD display and the majority of cases of the printer freezing while printing.
Pulse generator system with an actuator system based on A4988 stepstick. With the help of a potentiometer, it allows for smooth speed control of the stepper motor in a very wide range and a step change of the frequency range of the generator. Using a switch, it is possible to change the direction of rotation or to stop the motor.
It allows controlling the stepper motor without the need to connect a microprocessor. 12V DC power supply.
